You can use any can or container of malt extract. I think it's about 1.7kg.

There are two different recipes there mate. For the CraigTube one you would need to get a can of Amber Malt Extract. I don't know if his recipe is all that good but you may still wish to try it anyway. The other one that I put on here was done by NickJD to make a nine litre batch of All Grain beer without the need of any Extract.
 
Dont forget the qabc is coming up, better get your entries sorted.
You should have time to brew another 6 beers before entries close I think.
