just t ried my first james squire, trouble is there was only one, mates missus had a basket of goodies for us for looking after their dog when they go away ,there was a mixture of beers in the basket with the assorted cheeses etc, i decided to have it with tea but i cooked a pork belly roast in the weber and by the time i finished my tea i couldnt really taste what the beer tasted like, any way half way through it and the flavour kicks in, this is a very nice ale, now what i want to know is what is the domiant hop flavour in there , is it cluster, any way as i am just about ready to do my first biab would this be a nice drop to make as a first up brew.
cheers
