ITC - 308 wifi. I sleep better knowing temp alarms will go off on my phone.

Either one would work fine for me, the NTC would be useful in a thermowell, the 30cm one is quite common and cheap to replace if damaged.

The thermostat with removable NTC Sensor, can not see any advantages of a 30 cm probe in home brewing.

Probably 308S with removable NTC sensor - being able to replace the probe if damaged or long term use would be handy for sure.

ITC-308 standard at the moment , I don't think the sensor is removable

Works perfectly and suited me as a beginner

Now I'm getting more adventurous and would be comfortable using the probe.

Yeah, compared to itc-308 standard,it's quite easy to change the probe and you don't need to cut wire, just plug new probe.

NTC 30cm probe as it's a common part and easily replaced.

ITC-308S with NTC 30CM Probe for me - the extra length on the probe would be great
