If anyone has an allgrain recipe for hop theif 6 please post as i wanna brew this morning. Ive found a few on here but there not allgrain

Guessing trade ale
Munich
Light and dark crystals

With the 2 hops Simcoe and columbus.

Brew shop had no simcoe so gave me chinook as a subsitute. Not sure how much of a difference there will be

I did this recently. Malt profile, colour and bitterness is fantastic but it lacked on the hop aroma and flavour. I'll try again one day with a 'Day 3' dry hop of columbus

Grain Bill
----------------
3.800 kg Pale Malt (76%)
0.600 kg Munich II (12%)
0.400 kg Wheat Malt (8%)
0.200 kg Chocolate (4%)

Hop Bill
----------------
20.0 g Columbus Pellet (14.2% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Boil) (0.9 g/L)
25.0 g Simcoe Pellet (12.2% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) (1.1 g/L)
20.0 g Columbus Pellet (14.2% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil) (0.9 g/L)
30.0 g Simcoe Pellet (12.2% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil) (1.3 g/L)
30.0 g Columbus Pellet (14.2% Alpha) @ Flameout (Into No chill cube) (1.3 g/L)

Ur reply made my brew day. Thanks mate. Used westos recipe but adjusted the hops to a 60gram packet of each.

I also added jw crystal light and dark. I put 150grams of dark in and 450 light. The colour seems to be close tho I'll have to wait till I ferment it as its currently cubed. Smells good. I'll post results up when drinking. I used light and dark and crystals as that's what it is said they use.
