Importing Equipment.

Hi Fellow Brewers.

Has anyone imported equipment from from Brews Discount in the US.
If so how long did it take for them to let you no that you gear is on the way and for the credit card to be debit.

i ordered gear last friday it will be sent parcell post.
i have cnformation the the order was succesfull but my credit card has not been charge yet nor have i received a email saying its been processed.

and are they normally this slow to respond to emails requesting information.



just wondering.

I'll have to drink more waiting lol

A few days to get charged, a couple of months to arrive. The price is right though.

If by 'last Friday' you mean Friday 1st - you seriously need to relax!

Remember there is a time difference between here and the US, so depending on what time you placed your order there may have only been 1 or 2 'working' days since you placed it.

It depends on what you have ordered, if getting kegs then it takes a few months but small parts usually arive in a few weeks.

I found that 1 time it took 3 weeks for them to charge my CC.
