No he's just a large woman with a moustache and boxing glove.

Anyway ... APA ... or tripel .. APA ... everyone likes my APA. Can i have two? And stout.
No APA.

I was wondering if anyone else would get the Aunty Jack reference....

/end off topicness

cant decide between kolsch or apa or a pils, but according to my sig it should be good.

I think I'd have to go an american wheat/blonde/summer ale style beer. Fermented with kolsch yeast, ~25 IBU, 4-4.5% with a combination of english and NZ hops (or perhaps galaxy which I'm yet to try)

German, lager and prefferably dark, so would have to be a Doppelbock.

Hmmm, or maybe a Bayerische Dunkel, or maybe not a lager at all, so then a DunkelWeiss instead.... man this is hard.

I cannot decide which is my best! I'll trawl through my recipes and decide, it'll probably be something like my 'Porter Power' recipe

If you could supply the exact recipe like buttersd70 so kindly did, that would be extra great.

that grain bill has been the subject of a bit of discussion, lately.......do I smell a championship beer in 4 categories?

I like most beers but cant go wrong with a good lager.

I've got one similar to following recipe in a cube. I used only pellets and nochilled.
I have got swiss lager 189 yeast and 2206 available as well as a bock yeast.
Waiting for the right time to ferment this one.

Gueuze. If I lived in Belgium I'd have no stomach lining by now!

Ive brewed hundreds of different beers over the years now but if i had to drink just one it would be my Aussie Pale Ale.

1.050, 27 IBU

JW ale malt

POR, bitter at 45 min.
1/3g/liter 15 min to go
1/2g/liter 5 min to go.

ferment with a dry english ale yeast or a good american yeast.......1272 would be great.

Mash low at 64 to 65 deg for a dry quenching finnish

This is such a quaffable beer and i would be happy to drink it all the time if i had to. Provided we can get POR flowers again one day

To think they are being wasted on VB and the like :(

I can do so much better with them.

cheers
