I’ve done traditional coopers cans on and off thru the years, just now doing worts , still doing the slightly upmarket can kits, but fermenting under pressure makes a big difference to even the most basic kits, reducing esters etc.
Plus I have temperature control now.
I can’t see me ever going down the full grain brew process though.
