Been a brewer on and off for years but recently got back into it, a lager fan, currently into fwks

I love Tamworth, my wife is from there and we were married there. Her mother's family go back to the 1850s in Tamworth.

I’ve done traditional coopers cans on and off thru the years, just now doing worts , still doing the slightly upmarket can kits, but fermenting under pressure makes a big difference to even the most basic kits, reducing esters etc.
Plus I have temperature control now.

I can’t see me ever going down the full grain brew process though.
