I want to make a brew big enough so I can fill 4 off my corny kegs with the same brew at the same time. Do I just buy 4 of the same brew cans,4kg sugar and 4 yeast (that come with can), And ten would I still leave it to ferment for 7 days as per usual ?

Thanks in advance

Tony

In theory that's pretty much it but at 80L (assuming it is all in the same FV) keeping control of temps is going to be harder than with a single sized batch. If you can keep 80L of angry yeasties in your desired temp range then your idea is fine.

80L Fermenting Vessel? nice.
As a suggestion, if you have a few fermenters, you could do them separately and dry hop each with different hops.
eg: Goldings, fuggles or any English hop with S-04 yeast
Cascade, Amarillo, Citra, or any American hop with US-56

Not knowing what your kit choice is, but I'm all for trying different things.
But if you've got a trusty recipe you like, Top stuff.
