I am trying to copy Bridge Road Dark Harvest. Or similar to holgate temptress, moon dog henry fords.
I have 1 8 can mangrove jacks tyneside brown ale.
I am after a mild coffee caramel with lots of fruity and a bit of pine hop flavour.
Bitterness between ale / ipa. 45 - 55ibu.
Can anybody suggest a recipe for this brown.
