would like some help on gaining some hops ( buying or free )
here in Perth ,as would like to grow some

I think quarantine laws in WA make it difficult/impossible for people from other states to send you plant matter.
However, there are a few people from WA here and on Ebay selling hops, so read through this forum and check the current Ebay sales.
