Yep. As I menioned in the OP: Would prefer pick-up from NE suburbs of Melbourne, but can post at your expense. From what I've read, posting to Tas and WA is pretty tricky so I'll have to exclude those states, sorry.

I guess that depends on your soil. Once you plant them and get them established, they grow like a weed. You just need to provide something for them to climb, and give them plenty of sunlight, water etc. It's not difficult.

thanks, i didnt think they were difficult so did some googling and it seems that hops are quite hardy apart from winter.

Not Australian winters, easy to grow, don't overfeed and pick of the bugs during growing season and beware the Possums.
