Hi I enjoy playing around to get a great brew, sometimes things don't turn out (eg boiling grain, wont get mates around to taste that lot) but I am still keen to experiment.
Question is do all hop varieties go together or are there certain varieties that clash and can really mess up a brew? I understand there are no end of combinations and boiling times for bitterness, flavour
etc otherwise I am ignorant and want to avoid incomp[atable varities if they exist.

Thanks Tom

Hey rizla, che ck out th recipe database to get an idea of what hops people are putting together in differnet styles, there are

certainly hop types that will not work together.

If in doubt it wont hurt to run your ideas past the forum before going ahead , always plenty of good advice available.
