Anyone ever tried to make it from the leftovers from a brew?

I've googled a few recipes but they all look like bollocks to me.

And yes yes, I know Vegemite tastes like your gran's undies. I've sniffed em.

Any recipes/tips?

The yeast is sieved, then washed to remove bitterness, then put in plain water heated to 98.6 F (37 C.) As the yeast cells die (no food for them has been added to the water), they release minerals and vitamins into the water. Through centrifugal force, the yeast cells are removed, leaving behind the nutrient-rich water, which is then concentrated under vacuum, and seasoned with spices and flavoured with vegetable extracts from vegetables such as celery and onion.

Seems a bit more trouble than I could be bothered with!!

Cheers SJ

I think its been discussed here before, I think I remember reading you can boil it down, ie you don't need a vacumm, but also remember someone saying whatever you do do not do this inside or you will never ever get rid of the smell.
