Hi guys, have been a member for awhile, but have only ever just checked out your posts, and so thought it was about time to say Hello.
I live about 60kls north of Adelaide, and only brew kit brews, mainly Morgans or Coopers in Ales, Dark Ales, and just lately a Porter.
I have had a fridge with temp control for about 6 months and so have tried safale s-04 and safale us-05 with great results. Only put my brews in stubbies or long necks as I don't get many visitors, so see no reason to keg it.
