Hey guys, my name is ash, I am up in townsville. I am a complete noob at brewing and I am already hooked!
I currently have a batch of mangrove jacks golden lager and a batch of JAO mead brewing as well.
Ive actually been a member of the forum for a few days, but have been busy reading a lot of diffrent posts on here to advoid doubling up on stuff, the only question I have is does anyone else here check there hydro levels almost daily? Im not even really looking at it as much as I am doing it just to taste the beer to learn about the changes happening as the beer brews! It amazes me as to how it started off as this really heavy, id almost say not quite stout taste and now its beginning to mellow out to more what id expect of a lager.
Anyway, ill keep posting as my brew progresses!
