Hi Everyone,
Picked up a HERMS kit a week ago and have spent a good few hours spinning around the forums. Heaps of info out there so big thanks for the collective knowledge.
Spent a fair bit of time distilling on a super reflux still back in my uni days and experimented with a few extract kits so have some basic understanding of how things go. Running an all grain brew in a HERMS will be a bit of a step up though.
Hoping to get a few brews on soon kicking off with an IPA and then might look at a Hefeweizen, will have to see how it all works out though.. No doubt I will benefit from the collective knowledge on here so thanks in advance!
