Evening all.

I have a mate who just added a third tap to his draught beer setup. He recently bought a third tap (brumby style, from Brewcraft I believe) and expected everything to run smoothly, but no. As I know next to nothing about keg systems I thought I would post the question here and let him know what replies I get.

Apparently, this third tap is only able to pour foam, while the other two operate normally. To me, this indicates that his keg is not overcarbonated, and he has tried swapping the positions of the taps to no avail. He is starting to think that: a) The tap is somehow faulty or B) The tap needs some kind of adjustment to pour correctly.

He has told me that there are a number of screw-type adjusters on the tap, both inside the body, and also on the outside. Is it possible that one of them needs tweaking somehow? He has already tried reducing the serving pressure but that had no effect.

Help!

Length and type of beer line the same as the others?
and lines firmly fitted.
