Beginner here. I'm looking to start homebrew in the not to distant future. Ive been having a browse of the forums and trying to learn a bit before I buy equipment and jump in the deep end. Leaning towards the Robobrew setup. As it should be good for a beginner in extract brewing as well as for when I eventually progress to all grain. Plus it seems to be suited for the smaller batch volumes I would prefer.
Recently been having a bit of experiment with wild fermentation. Drinking a nice batch of pineapple and ginger Tepache at the moment.
Its not beer but also been doing lacto fermenting for sauerkraut/kimchi.
