Hello everyone!
My name's Alessandro, i'm 31 and i'm proudly an homebrewer! ..i'm from the other side of the world...Italy!
For a couple of reasons i got interested in brewing with the BIAB technique... i know you aussie are the best in this technique...so, here i am!
I'm sure i will learn a lot!

Yeah...here rugby is not so spread or famous as it is over there...but is growing! I admit i was a complete ignorant till a couple of years ago :blink:
U know...here is almost only soccer soccer soccer!

Even beer is not (traditionally) spread or known as wine...especially in my region (one of the most famous for wine tradition). But the homebrewer family is slowly but constantly growing over here! :super:
