Werte and G'Day from Alice Springs. I have gotten back into homebrewing after a long hiatus. Going by the name Plumbago Brewery. I'm a small homebrewer creating quality beer for myself. I'm mostly into dry low carb beers. I know these aren't everyone's favourite however they have been receiving more popularity in recent times.
I am especially interested in working with Dry Enzyme and Dry Ale Yeasts. I have a few tips for anyone struggling with Final Gravity when using Dry Enzyme.
