Hi,found the forum after searching for something on cleaning + sterilising info-at first look most stuff was from overseas sites-see there is wealth of information on here + more so I see there is a couple of members from SE Queensland(bit more local knowledge-i.e. climate)I'm just in the process of setting up a keg system as grew sick of cleaning bottles(SWMBO-cmon,why have we got all these empty bottles around the place).Love lager + also darker blocks,porters but only ever kit brewed.Fairly interested in trying wort kits + maybe mash down the track.Thanks,Rob.
