Hi, my name is John I have been home brewing Stout, Bitters and Lagers for over two years now. I only keg my brews as being a lazy blighter I can not cope with bottle cleaning. I hope to learn some new information and recipe ideas from all of you guys and girls.

Welcomes aboard, John. Kegging is the only way to fly.

Welcome & nice Username. I too am a stout man and, down here, it's heading into the right time of year for us lovers of the dark stuff. What county are you from if you don't mind me asking?

Welcome as well. Do you produce stouts along the Guinness Style and if so do they turn out close to what's served in the pubs?
Cheers
