This is the one he made with the powells pils malt and it is SENSATIONAL!
4 step mash, bittered to 22 IBU's with Nelson Sauvin hop flowers.
Has anybody else used these?
The hop has an amazingly different flavour, I don't know how old the variety is but it has a BIG future.
