Best guess, you have a big lump of dried on krausen stuck to your sensor and its giving a false high.
Take a sample and see if you really have finished.

Emptied through the dip or spunding if you have one fitted then? If not I give up

Some idiot connected the spunding valve to the floating pickup post, i was at work monitoring it on Brewfarther trying to figure it out. If you look close at the top of the fermenter you can see my tears.

If you look at the chart the tilt wasn’t suddenly left high and dry, it was relatively gradual so I think my first guess may also be right and the poor little bugger was obviously clinging to the dip float on the way down! It only flat lined at the end when the fermenter had emptied!
