The fermenter is a fermzilla 30l with the pressure kit.

Best guess, you have a big lump of dried on krausen stuck to your sensor and its giving a false high.
Take a sample and see if you really have finished.

No its not Krausen I actually know what happened just thought i would see if anyone else can figure it out.

Did the tilt get caught up on the floating dip or something?

Haha close although it didnt leak nothing wrong with the fermenter.
Emptied through the dip or spunding if you have one fitted then? If not I give up

Well done S.E.

Some ***** connected the spunding valve to the floating pickup post, i was at work monitoring it on Brewfarther trying to figure it out. If you look close at the top of the fermenter you can see my tears.

Dose Aussiehomebrewer have a f***k up of the year award?

If you look at the chart the tilt wasn’t suddenly left high and dry, it was relatively gradual so I think my first guess may also be right and the poor little bugger was obviously clinging to the dip float on the way down! It only flat lined at the end when the fermenter had emptied! :fallingoffchair:

There is still about a liter of beer left in the fermenter. If anyone wants 17l of funk IPA PM me.

Reddog. you will only do that once, as I did. but I connected the floating pickup to the gas post.
