SG and bubbles

Advice wanted please.

My Mangrove Jack’s Bavarian Wheat beer is my third brew, and taking the SG today after 7 days, I noticed bubbles rising in the sample. This suggested to me that the fermentation isn’t over. Yet the target SG of 1.010 has been exceeded with a measured 1.006. So maybe the fermentation is over.

What are your thoughts: is rising bubbles in the sample an indicator or not?
 
At 1.006, it's over. The bubbles are residual CO2 releasing slowly.
When I use an hydrometer to take measure a sample, I always spin the hydrometer to release the CO2 and wait a few minutes for the sample to settle before checking the reading. You might well find the true reading is then closer to 1.010 SG.
If it's still the same in a couple of days, consider it done and ready to bottle or keg.
