Hi all,
I'm fairly new to the Australian brewing scene and came across this site when doing some research so I thought it would be good to join the brewing community and learn a bit from the locals.
I'm a reasonably experienced all grain brewer and my repertoire is double IPA's, fruit flavoured pilsners for my nagger, and Pommie (am I allowed to say that moderator???) bitter/ale to satisfy the Yorkshireman in me.
I currently use a basic 3V set up with 10 gallon cooler/ESKY for the mash but I'm looking to progress to HERMS or RIMS in the near future.
Any road up, that's me in a nutshell and hopefully we can start sharing some ideas and information soon.
