I am looking for a beer to brew which is close to the great northern or xxxx summer . In the coopers range what would be the closest ??
Canadian blonde ? Real ale ??

I Use Morgans Queenslander Gold for xxxx gold.

Not sure what you would use for summer, its a whole lot lighter than gold.?

Maybe a corona clone with some por hops?

Canadian Blonde (Morgans is good) Hit it up with sugar, not Brew Improver as you want to thin out the body, and ferment with S-23 at around 15 degrees. I don't think they use hops in either of the named brews :p
Drink at zero degrees because when it warms up you'll get the typical eau de wheelie bin.

Canadian Blonde would go well, although it won't taste as bad as the XXXX.

I went with morgans canadian light as alot of people that brew up here said it was the closest, after i try this batch i will let you know. I have heard some tips on how to improve it
