On my last few brews my efficiency has been a lot greater than expected, meaning I have needed to make adjustments for my IBU. What I have never done is adjust my SG. In this regard how do other adjust their SG when they go above or below? Below you can boil longer or add more sugars, higher add more water, boil shorter? But what do folk do if you have a set final volume? If you use promash how do you plug these changes in?
