I'm not sure how long the maple rollers would last for, expecially if you got a stone chip.

Just checking out the BeerTool grain mill "The HuskBuster", and it seems weird that there is no hopper, or even a mention to one.
I guess being a project kit, you have to work it out and build it yourself.

It'll be a corona-style mill (probably a porkert flour mill).

I emailed Gerard a couple of weeks ago regarding the Barley Crusher, I'm interested to see how the price compares with getting it direct. What do you think?

No problem in getting a mill, but we are at least 6 weeks away from
taking
delivery at this stage.We have negotiated the Australasian distribution
rights for
The Barley Crusher and will be able to get you a price in the next week
or two.
It will be worth the wait.

I am happy to get it from them...if the price is reasonable....

try and negotiate a price on 3 of around 185.00...

Note:
You will be paying GST of 10 % from them...as opposed to importing it ourselves and not paying GST...
