But now we just have US plug and EU plug.

Yes I see it as a problem, with an Australian plug I'll be in for two of these.

We just have US ,EU plug now. you can buy an adapter to use this controller.
And our company is making ITC-310T in AU plug now.
It will have AU plug for sell soon after.

If the devise is "as good as it sounds" (sliced bread comes to mind!!) couldn't/wouldn't you just change the plugs for standard 3 pin Australian plugs and sockets

You could but for that sort of money I don't want to change plugs/sockets or use adapters.
