At 12Mj/h (12,000 btu), I would not touch it even for a 23L batch.

I think at least 1.5 times the batch size is a good place to be.
23L batch x 1.3 = 35Mj/h


Have a search about burners it's a topic raised every second week.
NASA, Italian spiral, Mongolian, 3 or 4 ring burners, and others

There is a lot of varying opinions, I think a lot is how patient you are waiting for it. Also there seems to be a difference between some of the ring burners outputs.

better of getting a Three Ring from bcf for the same price. Then get a medium pressure reg and your away.
