First Extract Brew

Hi guys

I have a couple of questions, firstly what does this recipe look like as a first time extract porter?

1.5Kg Dark Malt Extract
1.5Kg Light Malt Extract
250g Cane Sugar
300g Roasted Wheat 800
300g Med Crystal 145

15g Southern Cross 12% 70min
20g Southern Cross 12% 30min
15g Southern Cross 12% 10min

Second, I plugged this into qbrew and it returned a OG of 1.053 with IBU of 49. I also used the trial version of promash and got an OG of 1.069 and IBU of 56. Does anyone know why there is this difference?

Dunno but I've been getting the same sort of differences - I'd trust the promash values.
