Fire Extinguishers

Do you have to remove the dip tube on a fire extinguisher ,and if you do will will it pass a inspection to get stamped.If it is left in can you just run it upside down.

Yes you want to take it out so you can stand it up normal. If you leave it in then you can turn the extinguisher upside down to use it.

As far as inspection goes, I can't see why no dip tube makes any difference to it passing a pressure test. If you find a fire extinguisher mob who will take the dip tube out and set it up for you you wont have any problems. Seems to be easy enough to find.
