Most folks reckon there is more than 1 saltie near the Arnhem Highway Bridge, doesn't stop people from waterskiing! :blink:

Yep - There are some biggish crocs in the Adelaide River - we saw one not far from the bridge that we put at 5 - 5.5m - big animal.

If asked - i would have to say no to a waterski though :blink: .

Back to the beer - the time in the fermenter doesnt change if my brew is approx 65% wheat.
