Anybody that has ever walked into ESB at Clovelly or Peakhurst would realise that they store both hops and yeasts in the fridge. They did of course take them out for the photo.

I'll second that, having shopped at both outlets. They are very professional.

Didnt see any of them sitting on the shelf at Mel's the other day when I dropped off my entry to the NSW comp. Unfortunately I didnt see this thread till after I had been there
