I'm still a bit of a freshman when it comes to recipe formulation.

I'd push up the bittering a tad to balance up the rich English crystal and marris character.

Looks alright otherwise. I've never used 5.2 and am not sure if it's needed with melbourne water and your amount of calcium salts and your grist. Otherwise it looks like a recipe I'd be happy to brew.
 
Rather than Challenger all the way, try finishing it with the Bobek/Styrians/Aurora family - lends great hop character to work in with the Challenger "marmalade" overtones.
 
agree on the styrian goldings to finish, just like a Timmy Taylor Landlord (great recipe on this site if you can get the timmy taylor yeast). I'd lose the corn sugar too!
