I have read in the reciped DB about late hopping and dry hopping etc.
So far I have only used pellets during the boil with BIAB.
What exactly does "late hopping" mean?
Also, I have seen pics of people chucking a few hop flowers into the keg ???? whats doin there?
I have also seen finishing hops mentioned...again I don't know what this is all about.
