I have a coopers pale ale in the fermentor at the moment. It was just a slap together of can + 1kg dlme + kit yeast (wasn't bothered subbing) and looking for opinions on dry hopping. Probably about 25g in a hop bomb.

I have on hand simcoe, ella, East Kent Goldings (gb), Citra and Crystal

Any 50g+ combo of citra simcoe or Ella will turn it into a hoppy American pale ale.
Actually quite tempted to do a blend. On tap at the moment I have a Citra extra pale ale brewed from an AllInn fwk it's a single hop beer which really let's you get to know the hop. Nice beer but lacking in hop complexity for the obvious reason.

Might look at mixing the ella and Citra say 50-50 any thoughts?

Bit late for this one but don't rule out combining UK and Euro hops with US/Oz/NZ hops. I do it a lot now. Love it.

Citra and Ella go well together according to my taste buds :)
