I'll have to go check these ones out, they do look more squat than the others.

Edit: I have the same looking crates, so that would make your jerry cans about 40cm high - which is great for me if true.

I have these same ones.

running a tape measure over them i get

440mm high x 210mm widex 325mm deep

and are marked 25L

hope this helps

cheers

EDIT: 440mm is to the highest point

Well that's good, thanks for measuring them up & everyone's suggestions! I love the way this forum all gets together to help out a brewer with a whacky request.

I think I'll be even able to fit two of these side-by-side still. I had sanitised my cube in defeat but will head to Kmart tomorrow for sure and pick up a couple.

Not sure if the extra headspace will cause any problems, I will have only about 20L to fill them with. Should I just squeeze out as much air as I can?

I'm pretty certain I saw the blue Willow jerry cans at Big W.

Try:

55-636 25 Litre Blue Clearing Cube (Racking Bin) $20.00

They are Toowoomba based (Qld). Give them a call in the morning and get a quote on shipping, they will look after you. I havent seen anyone else with this style of cube, but not saying no-one else has them.

Cheers

Sully
