Hi
I crash chilled from 18c to 3c. At 18 the beer was clear, at 3deg c it's merky. Is this normal and will it clear again.

Its chill haze. Same as If you buy Coopers off the shelf then chill it. It gets a haze that can take a week of Lagering
before it settles out and gets ,,,,,,,,,,clear.
 
It will clear up again but it can take bloody forever unless you help it along by adding finings of some type.

I used to leave lagers sitting at 0C for 5 weeks in the FV before bottling them, they were still hazy after this time.
 
Hmm, think I'll give it a week then into a keg. I can handle hazy. Can't handle thirsty!
