Hey guys

Got a recipie from a chef mate to share with you.

For the crapes

250 Grams all purpose flour
3 whole eggs
250 ml Milk
pinch of salt

Whisk together combined with no lumps.

for sauce No 1

6 ripe tomatoes diced
half a red onion diced
1 clove of garlic crushed

Saute and reduce , add salt and sugar to taste.

For sauce No 2

Half the red onion diced
4 portabello mushrooms diced

Saute and add 100ml Cream
Bring to boil until think then remove from heat
Salt and peper to taste
Add sage, chives and thyme

Fry the crapes
Fry 1 whole egg
Fry 3 slices of ham

Cover crapes with grated Gryure cheese once cooked

Server with sauces eggs and ham.

The perfect beer food.

LOL. yea it was firmly in my hand hehe.

I dunno if Guinness ES was the best choice to go along with it.. Maybey a french style would of gone better.. GOod grub though.
