Counter flow filler.

I bought a counter for filler from Kegland with no instructions included. How does one know which port is for what. Asked Kegland and no one could give me an answer.

It wouldn't be hard for Kegland to have something on their site that a guy could watch.
So I take it the overflow valve goes into a container. So you turn top handle one easy to purge and then the other to fill?

Sounds like you've got it. There are some instructions with tips here. Counterpressure Bottle Filler. Would work the same except yours has a shared valve for the beer/gas like you have pointed out.
