Hi, i am ready to bottle my first brew, and the instructions say to dissolve regular table sugar with boiling water, but i decided to use dextrose instead. (i've heard it's better). would i still do the exact same thing (make a syrup with sugar and boiling water)? or is there a different process when using dextrose?
 
There is a slight difference in yield between table sugar (sucrose) and corn sugar (dextrose) and the way its processed by the yeast. Just do it as usual but with dextrose and all will be good.
