I love dry hopping with cascade or galaxy. Be wary with the galaxy though, if you don't want a powerful, hoppy, citrus/passionfruit punch on the nose then go easy as it potentially could overpower the beer, depends what you like and what you're trying to make. There are plenty of threads on this forum about using galaxy in all stages of brewing.
