This is the first brew I've bottled for 18 months or more, just kegging these days. Of course a RIS in a keg didn't seem appropriate.

I suppose I have just become very lax and skip doing SG readings because they were virtually all the same all the time.

I do like the sound of this... How did it work out? What sort of flavours? How long did you let it sit?Was it a very black stout? I like my stouts as black as Ozzys soul!
