Then turn off the heat and immediately put in the 30 g Galaxy hops and occasionally give a gentle stir. Leave for about 6 minutes, then place the saucepan in a sink of cold tap water to cool down. Strain the hop tea into the fermenter with the other ingredients. Cheers.
