I'm living wild and am going to brew a 10min American Pale Ale. All 120g of mixed hops added in the last ten minutes of the boil. A great way to use the last dregs of 6 packs of hops or rank stupidity? ...we'll have to wait and see.
Damn warm winter days! I had my brewfridge set to warming during the recent cold snap and now the weather turns warm and my fermenting beer warms up to 24'c only 2 days after pitching yeast! *facepalm*
Had a foot of water all around and under the house over the weekend. My brewspace was flooded, the freezer with my little yeast bank + hops shorted out and then floated away. About half my brew gear was completely submerged. Ah well time to start over, bigger and better than before!
