I made up a batch of the new Coopers heritage lager about 3 months ago. Using 1kg of light dried malt instead of the liquid stuff. I got an SG of 1046. its tasted quite hoppy but ok.
I racked into 2nd fermenter after 5 days and left the little yeasties to do their bit for another 16 days.
After puting into a keg and charging with gas in the fridge for a week it was taken out and left to lager until this afternoon. Approx 2 months. I sampled this afternoon
:chug: Quality control I tell SWMBO .
Very nice drop...will be making more of this...
Cheers JWB
